目的 研究一种测定化妆品中钅必、铅、镉的新方法。方法 在乙二胺 -盐酸底液中以银基汞膜电极为工作电极 ,饱和甘汞电极为参比电极 ,铂电极为对电极 ,用电位溶出法测定化妆品中的痕量Bi、Pb、Cd。结果 当Bi、Pb、Cd的浓度依次在 0 2 5~ 180 0ng/ml,0 1~ 36 0 0ng/ml,0 0 5~ 12 0 0ng/ml范围内 ,与峰高呈良好的线性关系。样品回收率在 94 8%~10 0 5 %之间。结论 本方法有较高的精密度和准确度 ,适于在化妆品检测中推广应用。
Objective To study a new method for determination of lead, cadmium and lead in cosmetics. Methods Silver-based mercury film electrode was used as working electrode, saturated calomel electrode as reference electrode and platinum electrode as counter electrode. The trace amounts of Bi, Pb, Cd. Results When the concentrations of Bi, Pb and Cd were in the order of 0 2 5 ~ 180 0 ng / ml, 0 1 ~ 36 0 0 ng / ml and 0 0 5 ~ 1200 ng / ml, the linear relationship was found. The recovery rate of samples ranged from 94 8% to 105%. Conclusion This method has high precision and accuracy, suitable for the promotion of cosmetic testing applications.
