基于多体动力学的原理分析薄煤层液压支架的运动学,并求解雅可比矩阵;采用虚拟样机技术建立薄煤层液压支架的三维仿真模型,进行动力学分析,获得了薄煤层液压支架的动态特性。将获得的动态特性还原到模型中,基于可视化技术建立薄煤层液压支架的运动姿态模型,模拟薄煤层液压支架的整个运动过程,检验了薄煤层液压支架动力学模型的相关性能。
Based on the principle of multi-body dynamics, the kinematics of hydraulic support in thin seam was analyzed and the Jacobian matrix was solved. The three-dimensional simulation model of hydraulic support in thin seam was established by using virtual prototyping technology, and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic support in thin seam were obtained. . The obtained dynamic characteristics are restored to the model. The motion attitude model of the thin seam hydraulic support is established based on the visualization technology. The whole movement process of thin hydraulic support is simulated and the correlation performance of hydraulic model of thin seam hydraulic support is tested.
