应用家兔MOF动物模型,测定血液流变学多项指标。从实验后24小时开始全血、血浆粘度和血浆纤维蛋白原含量增高,血沉加快,红细胞聚集增强,以48小时或72小时最为明显。结果提示,血液流变学变化,在MOF的发生发展中可能起重要作用。
A rabbit MOF animal model was used to measure multiple indicators of hemorheology. From 24 hours after the experiment, whole blood, plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen content increased, ESR accelerated, and erythrocyte aggregation increased. The most obvious was 48 hours or 72 hours. The results suggest that changes in hemorheology may play an important role in the development of MOF.
