我们先后进行了两批实验,试用中药复方“扶正活力合剂”预防和治疗小鼠S_(180)实体瘤。淋巴细胞ANAE染色试验结果表明扶正活力合剂可明显增强荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能;明显降低荷瘤小鼠血清MDA含量,提示其有增强抗指质过氧化作用;对肿瘤生长抑制率为33.3％,可明显抑制荷瘤生长。
We conducted two batches of experiments and tried Chinese medicine compound “Fuzheng Vitality Mixture” to prevent and treat S 180 solid tumors in mice. The results of lymphocyte ANAE staining test showed that Fuzheng vitality mixture can significantly enhance the cellular immune function of tumor-bearing mice; significantly reduced serum MDA content in tumor-bearing mice, suggesting that it has enhanced anti-perfusion of finger anti-oxidation; inhibition of tumor growth was 33.3% , can significantly inhibit tumor growth.
