一年调控,十多道“令牌”。2006年出台的房地产调控政策之多、力度之大前所未有。从年头到年末,“加息”、“国六条”、“九部委十五条”、“外资限炒令”、“土地有偿使用费”……宏观调控政策涉及住房结构、土地管理、税收、信贷、外资等诸多方面,严厉紧凑的调控举措令房地产市场成为社会关注的焦点。宏观调控力度之强,涉及范围之广,处处体现着政府关心民生、促进社会和谐的决心。
