国务院在1986年批复苏州市第一个城市总体规划时,明确指出苏州“要全面保护古城风貌”。在总体规划的历史文化名城保护规划中,我们总结概括出苏州古城在长期历史发展过程中所形成的独特古城风貌,作为全面保护的依据。苏州古城风貌主要反映在六个方面,虽各有鲜明的特点,但它们是融合、汇集成一个整体性、综合性的古城风貌。今年是国务院批准苏州总体规划二十周年,20多年来苏州按批准规划实施的古城保护工作,取得了明显成效。本文对经过实践检验的古城风貌研究成果,进行分析回顾。并按六个方面的专题,逐一分析加以论述。
When the State Council approved the first city master plan of Suzhou in 1986, it clearly pointed out that Suzhou should “comprehensively protect the style of the ancient city.” In the overall planning of historical and cultural city protection planning, we summarize and summarize the unique ancient city style formed by Suzhou Ancient City in the course of long-term historical development as a basis for comprehensive protection. The style of the ancient city of Suzhou is mainly reflected in six aspects. Although each has distinct characteristics, they are integrated into a holistic and comprehensive ancient city style. This year marks the twentieth anniversary of the State Council's approval of the overall plan for Suzhou. Over the past 20 years, the protection of the ancient city under the approval and planning of Suzhou has achieved remarkable results. This article reviews the results of the research on the ancient city style that has been tested by practice. And according to the six aspects of the topic, one by one analysis to be discussed.
