近日,佛像收藏家李巍先生再次捐赠一批珍贵的佛像和佛教法器,这些文物将永久安奉于舟山市观音文化园内的观音圣坛。2009年,李巍先生就将自己收藏的22尊古代金铜造像捐赠给了中国国家博物馆,其中,以“大明永乐年施”铜鎏金吉祥天母像、“大明永乐年施”铜鎏金无量寿佛像、明代铜鎏金橛金刚像为代表的佛造像,均具有很高的工艺水准,堪称稀世珍宝。佛教造像是佛教艺术中集大成者,佛教造像史是中国雕塑史的缩影和最好的代表。
