作家出版社以最快的速度,連續出版了3本反对美英浸略阿拉伯的詩文画集——《打断侵略者的脊骨》《美英强盜滾出去》和《反侵略的烈火》。这是一束火把。我們看見中国六亿人民反侵略的烈火正在熊熊地燃燒。詩文画集中,收集了詩人肖三、郭小川、工人李增祿、李宝根,农民王老九、王福根和民間艺人吳乐天等人的詩;作家刘白羽、林陵等的散文;画家华君武,邵宇等的画及音乐家吕驥等的歌曲。这些作品强烈地表現了中国人民和中东人民在一起,和全世界人民在一起,坚决反对美英帝国主义干涉中东各国人民的內政,坚决支持阿拉伯人民的正义斗爭。这些作品也强烈地表現了中国人民对伊拉克革命的支持与欢呼。
