据新华社报道,卫生部近日出台《食品安全行动计划》,按照该计划卫生部将从明年起根据食品污染物监测情况发布预警信息。《食品安全行动计划》充分吸取和借鉴了国际最先进的食品安全管理经验,通过建立和完善全国食品安全污染物监测网和食源性疾病监测网,及时发现和纠正存在的问题,并通过制定卫生标准、法规和干预政策,及时堵塞监管漏洞和弥补工作中的不足,积极引导食品生产经营企业健康发展。《食品安全行动计划》涵盖了“从农田到餐桌”食品链全过程,是保障群众生命健康的重要堤坝。
