BIM技术已在世界范围内被工程届认为是建筑业发展的革命,将对建筑行业的信息化产生颠覆性的作用。BIM技术同样对工程造价管理的工作内容、流程、效率产生了重大影响,将BIM技术纳入到工程造价课程教学中,提升学生应用相关技术进行工程造价管理的能力是工程造价课程与教师面临的重要任务和挑战。本文将基于笔者的教育实践,从BIM教学课程群的设计、BIM与传统造价课程的融合、教学方式和教学手段的改进、实验实践体系建立以及师资力量培养等方面对应用型本科如何提升学生应用BIM技术进行造价管理的能力进行探讨。
BIM technology has been recognized as a revolution in the construction industry worldwide by engineering sessions, which will have a disruptive effect on the informationization of the construction industry. BIM technology also has a significant impact on the work content, process and efficiency of project cost management.
