观察大鼠老化过程中心肌β受体的变化及中药黄芪、枸杞子的作用结果表明:心肌β受体最大结合容量(Bmax)在3、8、15月龄组间无显著差异,26月龄组显著降低。黄芪和枸杞子对15月龄大鼠心肌β受体Bmax无明显影响。枸杞子可提高26月龄大鼠心肌β受体Bmax,黄芪虽可使26月龄大鼠心肌β受体Bmax有所升高,但差异无显著性。本文结果显示,衰老大鼠心肌β受体密度降低,中药枸杞子可使之升高。这可能是它对心血管系统发挥作用的分子基础之一。
Observed the change of myocardial β-receptors during the aging process and the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Astragalus membranaceus and Gardenia jasminoides. The results showed that the maximum binding capacity of myocardial β-receptors (Bmax) was not significantly different between 3, 8 and 15 months of age group, 26 months old. The group decreased significantly. Astragalus membranaceus and Gardenia jasminoides had no significant effect on myocardial β receptor Bmax in 15 months old rats. Tincture can increase the myocardial β receptor Bmax in 26 months old rats. Although Astragalus can increase the myocardial β receptor Bmax in 26 months old rats, the difference is not significant. The results of this study show that the density of β-adrenoceptors in aging rats is decreased, and it can be increased by traditional Chinese medicine. This may be one of the molecular basis for its role in the cardiovascular system.
