德国著名教育家福禄培尔在论述学校教育和家庭教育的关系时,简要而鲜明地指出:“学校必须与家庭取得联系。学校和生活的一致,家庭生活和学生生活的一致,是儿童时期完善教育的首要和不可少的条件。”现代学校发展的一个显著特点就是学校管理的开放化、民主化和学校管理主体的多元化。从封闭的学校自我管理,转向社会、家庭参与学校管理,这就决定了学校与家庭的关系必然是平等合作的关系。只有坚持以人本思想构建和处理家校关系,才能最终形成强大的教育合力。
