邮电部数据通信专业情报网第三次全网大会暨技术交流会于1987年10月27至31日在成都召开,参加会议有来自全国邮电科研、工厂、院校及部外系统54个单位的62名代表,会议共收到技术交流文章40多篇,四川省局、邮电部第五研究所和四川省邮电科研所的有关领导出席会议并讲了话.邮电部数据所代表上届网的领导小组对1984—1986年全网工作进行了总结,肯定了三年来取得的成绩.在三年时间里先后举办了三次技术交流会和四次学习班,参加单位212个,人数达到600多人次,交流文章150
