本文结合休谟《人性论》的第三卷正义与非正义的有关论述,从书中提到的人类情感的某些舍远图近的倾向出发,用比较研究的方法,结合我国当前公务员队伍的突出问题,提出公务员队伍道德建设的路径选择,即:完善法律、加大监督力度、严格把关、政治承诺、加强培训和学习、培育良好的行政组织文化。并对《人性论》关于正义与非正义这部分某些笔者不认同之处,提出了笔者自己的看法。
In this paper, the third volume of Hume’s “theory of human nature,” the third volume of justice and non-justice of the exposition, from the book mentioned in the human emotions of some of the tendencies of recent plans, with a comparative study of civil servants in China with the current prominence Problems, put forward the path selection of the moral construction of the civil servants, that is: improve the law, strengthen supervision, strictly check the political commitment, strengthen training and learning, foster a good administrative organization culture. And put forward my own views on the disagreement between some authors in this part of “human nature theory” about justice and injustice.
