汽车柴油机气缸盖镶套式喷油器座孔加工后,需对其角度、位置度及深度进行检验(图1),检测工作有一定难度。现就我们在新产品小批生产中所采用的检测方法作一概略介绍。一、角度的测量角度值θ是利用把一两端带钢球的心轴放入被测孔内,然后根据测得的两端钢球的高度差及已知的钢球中心距通过计算而得。其步骤为:1.在平板上将气缸盖底平面校正至垂直位置,并在定位孔内插入销子,将两定位孔中心连线校正至水平位置(图1)。2.将测量心轴放入被测孔内(图2)。为消除安装间隙,提高测量精度,故将心轴上与被测孔相配部分制成1:50锥体(图3)。3.分别测量两端钢球的高度(图4),然后按已知的钢球中心距ι求得θ值。
