甲状腺危象病因:是由于甲(?)的突然加重或恶化,引起白血球升高,心动过速,甚至昏迷、休克。其诱因是各种应激,甲状腺手术切除前准备不充分或在同位素治疗后发生危象。临床表现:①高烧,体温高于39℃;②心动过速,心率超过140次/分,可伴有各种早搏,房颤等心律失常,甚至心力衰竭或休克;③精神失常、烦躁、谵妄、甚至昏迷;④呕吐、腹泻,可伴有肝肾功能异常。未达到以上程度时,称为甲亢危象先兆。
