一、前言 常德地区属湖南省洞庭湖区,是我国重要商品粮基地之一。它的粮食总产量历年占全省的13％左右,对全省的粮食产量有着很大的影响。 在常德地区的粮食面积,单产和总产中,水稻始终占着绝对优势和重要地位。
I. Introduction Changde is a region of Dongting Lake in Hunan Province and is one of the important commodity grain bases in China.
