目的建立高效的金线莲组培快繁体系。方法以金线莲茎尖、茎节和叶片为外植体,研究不同植物生长调节剂处理对丛生芽诱导、继代培养及生根的影响。结果以茎节为外植体诱导效果最好;丛生芽诱导最适培养基为MS+1 mg/L6-BA+1 mg/L NAA;继代培养较佳培养基为MS+1 mg/L IBA+3 mg/L 6-BA;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L NAA。结论过上述技术应用,可实现金线莲的快速繁殖,增殖系数可达5.2。
Objective To establish efficient tissue culture system of Anoectochilus roxburghii. Methods The tips, stem segments and leaves of A. tomentosa were used as explants to study the effects of different plant growth regulators on the induction, subculture and rooting of clustered shoots. The results showed that stem node was the best explant, MS + 1 mg / L 6-BA + 1 mg / L NAA was the most suitable culture medium for shoot induction, and MS + 1 mg / L NAA for subculture IBA + 3 mg / L 6-BA; suitable rooting medium was 1 / 2MS + 0.5 mg / L IBA + 0.5 mg / L NAA. Conclusion Through the above application of technology, the rapid propagation of A. indica can be achieved with a multiplication coefficient of 5.2.
