作者根据平时对物理教师观察和物理教师实验竞赛时教师实验素养表现,通过一个具体《测量小灯泡功率》这一实验列举教师实验素养种种问题:操作不规范;考虑不周全;细节不注重;教学经验和方法欠缺等。并提出认识实验地位和作用;严格规范平时实验教学;加强培训;实施实验研究等提高教师实验素养方法途径。
