领导者在企业经营中处于至关重要的地位。企业经营成功与否,在很大程度上有赖于领导者角色的发挥。用一句不太恰当的话形容领导者在企业经营过程中的地位和作用,那就是“成也领导,败也领导”!从领导者所处的位置和肩负的责任来看,应该具有三重最主要的职责,这也是考验一个企业领导者是否名副其实的最主要考核指标。一、确定企业发展战略企业通过流程来规划它的发展前景,如果战略流程环节出了差错,那么无论企业的执行力有多强,都是无用的;而且执行力越强,差错可能越大。因此,企业发展战略必须制定准确。而确定企业发展战略方向,就是企业领导者应该优先考虑的最重要职责之一。
