建设学习型领导班子是学习、贯彻、落实中国特色社会主义理论的重要体现,是用马克思主义中国化最新成果武装各级组织的重大举措,是建设学习型政党与党建创新的重要内容,也是提升各级领导干部素质和能力的有效载体。那么,怎样建设学习型领导班子呢?其具体的实施步骤又是什么呢?笔者以为,具体应该落实好“六步法”。
