多年来,我们以随机抽样的方式对全行业客运市场结构进行了调查,调查以《中国民航》机载杂志问卷、消费者事务中心网站上登载的网上问卷以及现场发放单页问卷三种方式进行,调查问卷涉及旅客出行目的、机票费用来源、旅客行业分布、购票方式、购票时间、最近一年乘机次数、航班选择考虑因素、旅客年龄构成、受教育程度和行业分布等方面。本文对2004年至2009年的调查结果进行了梳理和简要分析,主要包括受访旅客
Over the years, we conducted a survey on the structure of the industry-wide passenger transport market by means of random sampling. The survey was conducted in three ways, namely: “Civil Aviation Administration of China” airborne magazine questionnaire, online questionnaire posted on the Consumer Affairs Center website and on-site single page questionnaire . The questionnaire involved the purpose of travelers’ travel, the source of air ticket fees, the distribution of passengers in the industry, the way tickets were purchased, the time of ticketing, the number of flights taken in the recent year, flight selection considerations, age composition of passengers, educational level and industry distribution. This paper reviews the results of the survey from 2004 to 2009 and briefly analyzes the main findings of the survey
