生物化学分析表明,在北京鸭腔上囊发育过程中,淋巴细胞胞质内波形蛋白含量逐渐减少,而核内骨架成分变得丰富。IEF-SDS-PAGE双向电泳分析显示,216日胚腔上囊淋巴细胞核内骨架成分含20多种多肽,生后3周龄腔上囊淋巴细胞核内骨架成分含40多种多肽,并出现了分子量为35KD和37KD、等电点约为5.2和5.5的两个含量丰富的多肽。生后12周龄退化期的腔上囊的淋巴细胞核内骨架成分也趋于简单化,仅显示出10多种多肽。腔上囊淋巴细胞核纤层的主要成分是LaminB,而LaminA和C含量很少。腔上囊发育过程中淋巴细胞LaminB的含量呈渐增趋势。以上表明,在腔上囊发育过程中,淋巴细胞的中间纤维-核纤层-核内骨架体系蛋白质成分和含量有明显变化,其与腔上囊功能的关系值得深入探讨。
Biochemical analysis showed that during the development of duck bursa in Beijing, the content of vimentin in the cytoplasm of lymphocytes gradually decreased, while the content of the skeleton in the nucleus became abundant. IEF-SDS-PAGE two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis showed that the 216-day embryo supraclavicular lymphocyte nuclear skeleton contains more than 20 kinds of peptides, 3 weeks after birth, supraclavicular cysts of lymphocytes containing more than 40 kinds of peptide backbone composition, and the emergence of molecular weight 35KD and 37KD, isoelectric point of about 5.2 and 5.5 of two rich peptides. The 12-week-old degenerating period of supraclavicular lymphocytes in the nucleus also tends to be simplistic, showing only 10 polypeptides. The main component of the supracapsular lymphocyte lamina is LaminB, with little LaminA and C content. LaminB content of lymphocytes in the process of supracavitary growth is increasing. The above shows that in the process of suplular supraclavicular cysts, the composition and content of the protein in the middle fiber-nuclear lamina-cytoplasm of the lymphocytes change obviously, and the relationship between them and the supracapsular function deserves further study.
