目的:观察放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质对人牙龈成纤维细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法:采用细胞计数法和图像分析法观察对人牙龈成纤维细胞的生长抑制作用。结果:此物质抑制作用明显,能抑制细胞的分裂、增殖,使细胞、细胞核面积增大,100mg/L对与对照组差别显著(P<0.05),且细胞无死亡现象。结论:此物质可明显抑制人牙龈成纤维细胞的生长、增殖,在牙周病病理变化过程中起重要作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the inhibitory effects of surface-related substances of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans on the proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts. Methods: The growth inhibition of human gingival fibroblasts was observed by cell counting and image analysis. Results: The substance had obvious inhibitory effect, which could inhibit cell division and proliferation, and increase the area of cells and nucleus. There was a significant difference (P <0.05) between 100 mg / L and control group, and the cells did not die. Conclusion: The substance can significantly inhibit the growth and proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts and play an important role in the pathological changes of periodontal disease
