基于工作过程的学科课程体系开发与优化,是与现如今新课改教学理念相融合,以行动体系为基础,以培养能力为主线,以促进学生实践探究为目标,结合工作过程中不同任务的相关性来进行知识、实践技能的整合,形成“串行”的学科体系。高职教育应该以就业为目标,以学生的“学”为中心,转变以往循序渐进学习各门课程为更加贴近于实践,更加符合与接近工作过程的需要。工作过程与行动导向、目标导向、实践能力导向、工作需要导向等贴近生产生活需要的能力导向相符合,是现阶段对高职教育教学理念的重新审视与革新。本文分析了优化基于工作过程电气自动化专业课程体系教学策略的方案。
The development and optimization of disciplinary curriculum system based on work process is the integration with the present teaching philosophy of new curriculum reform. Based on the action system, taking the cultivation of ability as the main line and the promotion of students’ practical exploration as the goal, combining the different tasks in the work process Relevance to the integration of knowledge, practical skills, the formation of “serial ” system of disciplines. The working process is in line with the competency-oriented approach of action-oriented, goal-oriented, practical ability-oriented and work-oriented, which are close to the needs of production and daily life. It is a re-examination and innovation of the teaching concept of higher vocational education at this stage. This article analyzes the optimization of the course based on the work process of electrical automation courses teaching strategy program.
