行业企业参与职业教育对职业教育发展和国家经济建设都具有重要意义。尤其是国家骨干高职院校建设以来,建立了校企合作的开放体制,推进了行业企业对职业教育的参与。但如何使行业企业保持参与职业教育的积极性,构建行业企业参与职业教育的激励机制是关键。结合天津轻工职业技术学院的实践,从顶层设计、行业作用、院校自身建设等三个层面进行了深入探究。
Vocational enterprises to participate in vocational education vocational education and national economic development are of great significance. In particular, since the establishment of national backbone vocational colleges, an open system of cooperation between schools and enterprises has been established and the participation of industry enterprises in vocational education has been promoted. However, how to maintain the motivation of industrial enterprises to participate in vocational education and how to establish the incentive mechanism for industrial enterprises to participate in vocational education are the key issues. Combined with the practice of Tianjin Light Industry Polytechnic, this paper makes an in-depth exploration from three aspects: top-level design, industry role and institution building.
