病历摘要患者、(住院号152712)女,37岁,教师,因反复腹痛、腹泻六年,便血四次,伴不规则发热二年余,于1976年元月一日第四次位我院内科。患者六年前(70年)开始经常中下腹疼痛,腹泻,呈水样便,每日2—8次,偶感里急后重,病初服氯霉素,痢特灵可暂缓解,但仍反复发作,至今不愈。近四年来曾便血四次。近二年多来除上述症状外,又出现长期不规则发热,体温波动在37.2℃～41℃之间,午后热度较高,故每因持续高热、腹痛、腹泻发作,曾三次住重医一院。前三次住院检查结果例表如下:
Patient (patient number 152712) female, 37 years old, teacher, because of repeated abdominal pain, diarrhea six years, four times in the blood in the stool, with irregular fever more than two years, on January 1, 1976 the fourth time in our hospital Internal Medicine . Six years ago (70 years), patients started to suffer from moderate to severe abdominal pain, diarrhea and watery stools, 2-8 times a day. Occasionally, chloramphenicol and furazolidone can be temporarily relieved but are still recurrent. Still unhealed. Nearly four years had blood in the stool four times. Over the past two years in addition to the above symptoms, but also the emergence of long-term irregular fever, body temperature fluctuations between 37.2 ℃ ~ 41 ℃, high in the afternoon heat, so each sustained high fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea episodes, hospital.
