针对开放性水源保护区的污染源呈组团式分布的特点,从污水收集管网和处理厂的规划、建设、投资和运行等方面,以实例和数据分析了分散处理和集中处理特性,阐述了开放性水源保护区建设污水处理系统时应贯彻总体技术经济最优的原则,因地制宜,各镇区和中心村相对集中处理、农村地区分散处理,尽量降低污水管道占总投资的比例。在规划污水处理系统时,应合理测算远近期水量,分期实施,逐步到位,应同步建设污水收集管,干管和处理厂,做到厂管配套,确保有效治理污染,提高投资效益。
