职业学校在生源宽进的前提下,学生管理难度比其它各类学校相应加大,而社会、学校、家长对学生管理的要求却是越来越高。职业学校的班主任要调整管理模式,重视学生的人格教育,培养学生健康的心理。注重发掘差生的长处,切实做好转化工作。在信息高速发展的当今,班主任要贴近市场,在班级进行就业培训,在日常管理中消除管理真空,用新思想、新信息教育学生,与时俱进,增强全局意识,从而把班级工作做得更符合学生实际,满足学生管理越来越高的要求。
