环境问题日益突出，为环保产业的发展提供了广阔的发展前景。本文通过对发达国家环保产业发展特点的研究，提出应综合运用“命令+控制+市场+意识”的手段，大力发展我国的环保产业。
The environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, providing a broad development prospect for the development of the environmental protection industry. Through the research on the development characteristics of the environmental protection industry in developed countries, this paper puts forward that we should make great efforts to develop the environmental protection industry in our country by means of comprehensively applying the “command + control + market + consciousness”.
