本文报告在长期应用抗凝血灭鼠剂地区,褐家鼠对抗凝血灭鼠剂毒饵具有明显的拒食性。使用抗凝血剂毒饵火鼠3个月后捕捉的褐家鼠,与3年内未曾使用过抗凝血剂毒饵的褐家鼠,摄食系数的差别具有高度显著性(u=14.57,P<0.01)。文中还分析了产生拒食性的原因及其对策。
This article reports the long-term use of anticoagulant rodenticides in the area, Rattus norvegicus anticoagulant poison bait has significant antifeedant. Rattus norvegicus captured 3 months after use of anticoagulant poison bait fire rat showed a highly significant difference in food intake rate (r = 14.57, P <0.01) compared with brown house mouse that had not used anticoagulant bait in 3 years ). The article also analyzes the causes of antifeedant and its countermeasures.
