剖宫产术是迅速解除孕妇及胎儿危急的有效方法之一,尤其是解决难产的最终和最有效的一种手段。因此,如何正确使用剖宫产术乃是产科工作者的重要课题之一。目前,由于手术、麻醉、输血技术的提高,抗生素的合理应用,加之围产期的各种监护,使剖宫产术日趋安全。临床资料:7年来,我院剖宫产率逐年上升(见表1)。1984年,我院住院分娩846例,其中剖宫产术129例,指征(见表2)。
Cesarean section is one of the effective ways to quickly relieve the crisis of pregnant women and fetuses, especially the ultimate and most effective means of solving dystocia. Therefore, how to correctly use cesarean section is one of the important topics for obstetricians. Currently, due to surgery, anesthesia, blood transfusion technology, rational use of antibiotics, combined with the various perinatal care, making cesarean section increasingly safe. Clinical data: 7 years, our hospital cesarean section rate increased year by year (see Table 1). In 1984, 846 cases of hospital delivery in our hospital, including 129 cases of cesarean section, indications (see Table 2).
