棉花种子壮子率及其测定

棉花生产上用健壮的种子进行播种,是实现一播全苗,优质高产,降低成本,增加经济效益的内因。准确、简易的种子检验方法和标准,能够保证健壮种子用于生产实践。据棉花种子检验中存在的一些问题,设计进行了种子壮子率试验.壮子是指棉花成熟种子在发芽试验中能产生侧根的发芽种子,壮子率是壮子数占试验种子总数的百分率。本研究以翼棉12号成熟种子,经人工加速老化制备的7个不同活力的种子批为材料,进行玻璃板发芽试验,观察了发芽率、胚根长、侧根数、无侧根发芽种子数、有侧根发芽种子数和未发芽种子数等。同对进行了种子电导率(活力指标)测定和田间播种试验.用各个性状的试验平均值计算了性状间的相关系数,与田间出苗率相关系数以壮子率最大.另外,用翼棉12号和翼棉9号两个品种的7个种子批进行培养皿发芽试验,证明与翼棉12号玻璃板发芽结果相同.最后,还用建立的回归方程,进行估测出苗率与实际出苗率差值的显著性测验,证明差异均不显著,但极差和标准误以壮子率估值最低.结论:棉花种子壮子率与发芽率和电导率相比,更能准确地检验出棉花种子播种品质的真实情况. 在发芽试验过程中,随时将产生侧根的发芽种子拣出,试验结束时,数计未发芽种子和无侧根发芽种子数,从试验总种子数中减去,得壮子数,进而计算出壮子率。方法简单,容易掌握,适宜推广。应用方程计算的各级棉花种子的壮子率可作检验定级时参考。 Cotton production with robust seeds for sowing, is to achieve a broadcast seedlings, high-quality high-yield, reduce costs and increase economic efficiency of the internal.
