为深入开展“质量、品冲、效益年”活动,进一步推动我市节能工作,北京市节约能源办公室决定,今后本刊按季公布若干种工业品综合能耗情况。这期公布的是我市工业系统(16个工业总公司、局)所生产的37种高耗能产品,耗能量占工业系统能源消费量的76.9%。今年一季度,我市工业生产起点较高,呈稳步回升态势,能源使用的经济效益有所提高。在37种产品中,与上年同期比较,有20种下降,降幅为54.1%。但节能工作不容乐观,仍有45.9%的产品综合能耗上升,有的升幅高达一倍。因此,各工业主管部门要采取有力措施,切实把单位产品综合能耗降下来。单位产品综合能耗系指单位产品(工作量)实际消耗的各种能源数量折标准量总和。它准确的反映投入能源与产出产品之间的定量关系,是考核能源使用效益的重要指标之一。
In order to further develop the activities of “Quality, Quality and Efficiency, and Benefit Year” to further promote energy conservation in our city, Beijing Energy Conservation Office decided that in the future, this quarterly publication will announce the comprehensive energy consumption of certain types of industrial products. This issue is published in the city’s industrial system (16 Industrial Corporation, Bureau) produced 37 kinds of high energy-consuming products, energy consumption accounted for 76.9% of industrial systems energy consumption. In the first quarter of this year, the industrial production in our city started at a relatively high starting point and showed a steady upward trend with an increase in the economic benefits of energy use. Among the 37 products, 20 declined compared with the same period of last year, a drop of 54.1%. However, energy-saving work is not optimistic. There are still 45.9% of the products with a rise in overall energy consumption and some doubling of the increase. Therefore, all competent departments of industry should take effective measures to effectively reduce the overall energy consumption per unit of product. Unit of energy consumption per unit of product refers to the unit product (workload) the actual amount of energy consumed by the amount of the total number of standard fold. It accurately reflects the quantitative relationship between input energy and output product, is one of the important indicators to assess the efficiency of energy use.
