将有限元法与Yada微观组织模型结合 ,对TC6合金叶片在等温锻造过程中初生α晶粒尺寸的演变进行了数值模拟 ,详细给出了TC6合金叶片在等温锻造过程中初生α相的分布及晶粒尺寸的变化。研究结果表明 :压下量、变形温度和打击速度对初生α晶粒尺寸有显著影响 ,工件与模具间的摩擦对初生α晶粒尺寸的影响较小。
The finite element method combined with Yada microstructure model was used to simulate the evolution of primary α grain size of TC6 alloy blade during isothermal forging process. The distribution of primary α phase during the isothermal forging of TC6 alloy blade was given in detail. Changes in grain size. The results show that the reduction, the deformation temperature and the striking speed have a significant effect on the primary α grain size, and the friction between the workpiece and the mold has little effect on the primary α grain size.
