傅山,字青主,明末清初山西太原人。博通经史子集,尤精医学、医术。在医理上注重气血,主张攻补兼施;在临床上,长于妇科、内杂病,并重视民间单方、验方,治病不拘学派,用药不依方书,应手辄效,名重一时。又因傅青主为道教龙门派第六代“真”字辈,其武学与医学中很自然地渗入了道家理论与道教医学理论。傅青主精文通武,武医养生之道备受后世医家所重视,其妇科更是女科书中之佳作。今就傅青主女科中五带症整理成文,以使青主医学福泽万方。
