从3月28日召开的河南省环保工作会议上获悉,2007年,全省主要污染物COD和二氧化硫排放量分别减排3.76%和3.7%,首次呈现“双下降”。造纸工业结构减排功不可没。
From the March 28 meeting of environmental protection in Henan Province was informed that in 2007, the province’s major pollutants COD and sulfur dioxide emissions were 3.76% and 3.7% reduction for the first time showing “double decline ”. Paper industry structure can not contribute to emission reduction.
