在光镜水平上观察了两个地区(苏州和南京)不同浓度的83008-1对马褂木苗木(1~3年生)叶结构的影响。结果表明:83008-1叶面喷施的当年,明显地抑制了叶肉和栅栏组织的厚度生长,促进了棚栏组织的密度和海绵组织的厚度生长或密集化。其作用强度与喷施浓度呈正相关。喷施后的第二年,叶片的生长仍受83008-1影响,抑制和促进作用因不同结构、不同浓度而异。83008-1的秋季喷施可以提早苗木的营养器官或花器官的分化
The effects of different concentrations of 83008-1 in two regions (Suzhou and Nanjing) on the leaf structure of the seedlings (1-3 years old) were observed at light microscope. The results showed that in the year of 83008-1 foliar spraying, the thickness growth of mesophyll and palisade tissues was significantly inhibited, and the density of scaffolding and the thickness growth or densification of spongy tissue were promoted. The intensity of action was positively correlated with spraying concentration. In the second year after spraying, the growth of the leaves is still affected by the 83008-1, the inhibition and promotion effect varies with different structures and different concentrations. Autumn spraying 83008-1 can early vegetative vegetative or floral organ differentiation
