环渤海经济圈是我国工、农业发展较快的地区之一,也是我国人口密度较大的地区,生产和生活用水量增长迅速,再加之水污染现象越来越严重,近年来该地区农业水资源供需矛盾异常突出,严重制约了当地国民经济的持续发展,农业水资源的有效利用与保护显得非常重要,针对该区域农业水资源利用中存在的突出问题应采取相应对策。

Coupled with the increasingly serious water pollution, in recent years, the agricultural water The contradiction between supply and demand of resources is extremely prominent, seriously restricting the sustainable development of the local national economy, and the effective utilization and protection of agricultural water resources are very important. Corresponding countermeasures should be taken in response to the outstanding problems in the utilization of agricultural water resources in the region.
