模拟现场工业脉冲噪声作为实验信号,研究脉冲噪声各参量(峰值,持续时间、重复率和频谱)对豚鼠听力的影响及耳蜗病损的变化规律。结果表明,暴露8h后均引起了暂时性阈移(TTS),次日多数未完全恢复。当峰值增加5dB、持续时间增加到原来的10倍、重复率增加到原来的8倍、中心频率由500Hz增加到1500Hz时,TTS分别增加10、15、10和20dB。工业脉冲噪声主要引起豚鼠耳蜗第三回第三排外毛细胞损伤。工业脉冲噪声四种参量之一引起的耳蜗毛细胞缺损和TTS基本一致。
The simulated field industrial impulse noise was used as the experimental signal to study the effects of various parameters of impulse noise (peak, duration, repetition rate and frequency spectrum) on the hearing ability of guinea pigs and the changes of cochlear lesions. The results showed that after exposure 8h have caused a temporary threshold shift (TTS), most of the next day did not fully recover. When the peak is increased by 5dB, the duration is increased by 10 times and the repetition rate is increased by 8 times. When the center frequency is increased from 500Hz to 1500Hz, the TTS increases by 10, 15, 10 and 20dB respectively. Industrial impulse noise mainly caused the third row of guinea pig cochlear outer hair cell damage. Industrial pulse noise caused by one of the four parameters of cochlear hair cell defects and TTS are basically the same.
