1991年以来,我们对20例重度高粘血症患者,在血液流变学监测下给予血液等溶性稀释疗法加复方丹参注射液治疗,取得满意效果。现报告分析如下。 临床资料:本组年龄37～73岁,平均53.6岁。主要临床表现为头痛、头晕、头胀、记忆力减退,部分病人有活动后心悸、气短、易疲劳及出汗等。其中7例合并高血压,1例上肢麻本、口角流涎,4例冠心病,1例陈旧性心肌梗塞、频发心绞痛,12例掌颌反射征阳性。心电图大致正常12例,
Since 1991, 20 patients with severe hyperviscosity have been treated with equal dilution of blood and Fufang Danshen Injection under the condition of hemorheology. Satisfactory results have been achieved. The report is analyzed as follows. Clinical data: The group aged 37 to 73 years, mean 53.6 years old. The main clinical manifestations of headache, dizziness, dilatation, memory loss, some patients have palpitations after activity, shortness of breath, fatigue and sweating. Among them, 7 cases had hypertension, 1 case of upper limbs, mouth drool, 4 cases of coronary heart disease, 1 case of old myocardial infarction, frequent angina pectoris and 12 cases of palmprint reflex sign.
