移民工作对一个地方来说既是一个重大考验,更是一个重大机遇;移民迁安工作难度大、问题多,但只要方法得当,措施得力,还是能够做好的。笔者通过对三峡库区的湖北省云县、秭归,重庆市的奉节、万州等1区3县在移民搬迁安置、专业设施建设、城集镇迁建、对口支援、招商引资等方面工作的考察,得到以下启示。
