磁流体流量传感器是磁流体的一个很重要的应用方向.通过计算在层流和紊流状态下被测液体流量值与U型管两端输入压强差之间的关系,得出在层流时被测液体流量与压差成正比,而在紊流时流量与压差不成线性关系.对U型管两端线圈电感、线圈两端电势差的计算,最终得出输出电势差与流量成正比关系,与线圈长度的平方成反比关系,同时通过实验进一步验证了在层流状态下磁流体流量传感器设计研究的可行性.
