自30年代以来,用化学共沉淀制备磁性胶液的方法已被广泛用于磁畴结构的研究上。但用传统方法制备的磁性胶液容易变质,且制备的重复性差。本文研究了控制化学共沉淀过程生成物相组分的因素,以改进传统的制备工艺。实验表明,为保证制备出单一的生成物,n=Fe~(2+)/2Fe~(3+)的比值应大于1。而最佳n值应取在1.25~2。FeCl_2与FeCl_3溶液的混合温度应为60℃左右。NaOH的剩余浓度取在O.01~O,1M为宜。否则在生成Fe_3O_4的同时有多余的FeO(OH)伴生。生成物的粒度主要取决于n值与NaOH的剩余浓度,调整各种因素即可在一定范围内控制粒度,以满足不同的需要。
Since the 1930s, the method of preparing magnetic glue by chemical coprecipitation has been widely used in the study of magnetic domain structure. However, the magnetic glue prepared by the traditional method is easily deteriorated, and the preparation has poor repeatability. In this paper, the factors that control the phase composition of chemical coprecipitation process were studied in order to improve the traditional preparation process. Experiments show that in order to ensure the preparation of a single product, n = Fe ~ (2 +) / 2Fe ~ (3 +) ratio should be greater than 1. The best n value should be taken at 1.25 ~ 2. The mixing temperature of FeCl 2 and FeCl 3 solution should be about 60 ℃. The remaining concentration of NaOH in O.01 ~ O, 1M is appropriate. Otherwise in the generation of Fe_3O_4 at the same time there is excess FeO (OH) associated. The particle size of the product mainly depends on the residual concentration of n and NaOH, and can be controlled within a certain range by adjusting various factors to meet different needs.
