一、概况 上海某厂生产用蒸汽锅炉在1984年12月经改造后投入运行,在1985年8月至11月期间(累计运行约6240小时),该锅炉的过热器先后发生三起爆管事故,且过热器上部的大部分20g钢管都不同程度地发现有胀管现象。 该锅炉为20T/H低压蒸汽锅炉。过热器用管为二种管材焊接而成,尺寸为φ38×3.5mm,下部近火端用15CrMo管材,上部用20g钢管。有关设计参数为:过热管进口(汽包出口)工作介质温度约270℃,出口工作介
