在听、说、读、写四种技能中,说,即交际能力,给人一种最重要的感觉:会说一种语言的人就掌握了这种语言。这种直觉——说的重要性在当代社会上适合各种年龄段的外语性质的课堂及其使用的教材上得到了充分地体现,如:现行的高中英语教材。在一系列的高中英语教材中,交际能力显然占有不可忽视的分量。但由于种种因素,在现实高中英语课堂上,尤其是在偏远贫穷地区的课堂上,说的重要性并没有体现出来。本文在剖析影响高中英语教学因素的基础上,尝试着增加目标语在课堂上的使用,以此来促进学习者交际能力的发展。
Among the four skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing, speaking, that is, communicative competence gives one of the most important feelings: a person who speaks a language masters the language. This kind of intuition - the importance of speaking, is fully reflected in contemporary-world foreign-language classrooms and teaching materials of all ages, such as current high school English textbooks. In a series of high school English textbooks, communicative competence obviously occupies a non-negligible component. However, due to various factors, the importance of speaking in real high school English classrooms, especially in remote and impoverished areas, has not been demonstrated. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing high school English teaching, this paper attempts to increase the use of target language in the classroom, in order to promote the development of learners’ communicative competence.
