作者研究了国产碘源制备的A14-[~(125)I]-单碘原子碘化胰岛素及实验条件对红细胞胰岛素受体分析法的影响。结果显示,用新鲜分离之免红细胞(4.4×10~9/毫升),A14-[~(125)I]-单碘原子碘化胰岛素100微微克及未标记胰岛素(0~0.5×10~5微克)在pH8.0缓冲G液中,30℃振荡保温60分钟,可获重复性良好之结合抑制曲线。
The authors investigated the effects of A14- [~ (125) I] -monoiodine iodinated insulin prepared from a domestic iodine source and the experimental conditions on the erythrocyte insulin receptor assay. The results showed that with freshly isolated erythrocytes (4.4 × 10 ~ 9 / ml), 100 μg of iodinated insulin A14- [~ (125) I] -monoiodine and unlabeled insulin (0 ~ 0.5 × 10 ~ 5 Μg) in pH 8.0 buffer G solution and incubated at 30 ° C for 60 minutes with shaking to obtain a well-established binding inhibition curve.
