首先,本文提出了医院财务管理有利于医院整体管理水平提高,指出财务工作作为医院运行管理的重要组成部分之一,必然与医院的整体水平发展有着密切关联;然后,又对医院财务直接关系到医院的生存与发展的作用进行了论述,强调在市场经济体制下,加强财务工作有利于医院的经济安全;接下来,又提出了有效财务管理促进医院经济效益提升,为医院发展提供动力,指出经济利益对于医院同样重要,因此必须重视财务管理工作。
