Gimeng等应用了Zr(Ⅳ)-F-依来铬青R体系测定氟。我们对此作了系统的条件试验,如反应条件,干扰离子的影响及去除干扰的方法。方法的灵敏度为0.1μg·ml~(-1),方法不但灵敏度较高且稳定性甚好,可应用于炉渣、莹石中氟化钙的测定。根据氟化钙在浓硫酸中会分解成氢氟酸的特性,在硫酸介质中加热蒸馏CaF_2+H_2SO_4=CaSO_4+2HF↑以稀硼酸溶液吸收。我们将传统的蒸汽蒸馏方法改为直接蒸馏的方法,并选择了最佳的蒸馏条件,提高了蒸馏速度。在蒸馏液中加入磷酸二氢钠,消除了铝的干扰,提高了回收率,使氟的回收率高于98%。由于蒸馏法无杂质带出,基本无干扰元素,免去了分离杂质等步骤,使分析步骤简单,方法准确。

We changed the traditional steam distillation method to the direct distillation method and chose the best distillation conditions to increase the distillation speed. Sodium dihydrogen phosphate is added to the distillate to eliminate the interference of aluminum and improve the recovery rate, so that the recovery rate of fluorine is higher than 98%. Due to distillation without impurities, the basic non-interference elements, eliminating the need for steps such as separation of impurities, the analysis steps are simple, accurate method.
