脉冲进样火焰原子吸收法由于它同时兼有常规火焰原子吸收法干扰少和无火焰原子吸收法取样量少的优点而得到了广泛采用。文献综述了近十种各不相同的脉冲进样装置。这些装置虽然都不复杂,但绝大部分装置均需手工定量加入微量样品,操作也不够方便。Thompson脉冲进样装置虽然只需将用聚丙烯移液管头加工成的进样器端面接触一下试液液面即可完成一次脉冲进样,但操作时感到难以掌握,测定精密度较差。本文提出了一种新的节流脉冲进样装置,该装置能在自行定量吸取微量样品后进行脉冲进样,而且制作方法十分简单,只需将普通的进样毛细管曲折成一定角度即成。
Pulsed injection flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been widely used because it has both the advantages of less interference by conventional flame atomic absorption spectrometry and less sampling by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The literature reviews nearly ten different pulsed injection devices. Although these devices are not complicated, but most devices need to manually add a small amount of sample quantitative, the operation is not easy enough. The Thompson Pulsed Injection Unit performs a pulsed injection just by touching the tip of a sampler that has been processed with a polypropylene pipette tip, but the operation is difficult to grasp and the measurement accuracy is poor. In this paper, a new throttling pulse sampling device is proposed. This device can perform pulse sampling after taking a small amount of sample by itself, and the manufacturing method is very simple. The ordinary sampling capillary needs to be bent at an angle.
